住左一晚, 同飲飲食食... 有個所謂專家導賞同開酒...{:8_368:}
反而 local tour 間家庭式經營嘅酒廠, 有得入樽俾你自己買返...
但味道好辣, 可能要榮休先開....

There is a whisky festival in HK in the coming Saturday!!
Named: Malt Master Whisky Festival 2015 - this is one of the biggest and i can say this is the one and only one Whisky festival in HK every year. Many Whisky brand would have booth for whisky lover to taste.....Whisky beginner can join this event!! And i would be in there whole day!!

大家好，如果係剛剛開始飲威士忌的朋友，可以試下旅行後在香港机場duty free買一、兩支威士忌返來試下。Oban 14, balvenie triple cask都是不錯的入門選擇。因為這兩支single malt 入口比較清新，帶少少朱古力及花香。不會太重口卜味。
有些喜歡到日本旅遊的朋友，買支日本威係指定动作。因為香港日本威行貨價比日本買貴一倍有多。我個人喜歡余市20,竹鶴17,21。嚮17,21,山崎2014也很不錯！
遲些講講什麼叫cask strength..single cask, IB,OB.....
