Sunfire HRS-12 Humming Sound

I disconnect everything from the Sunfire HRS-12 and only plug it into the wall socket and turn it on. Sunfire HRS-12 keep on humming.
Any idea what's wrong?
If the sub need service, it is too heavy to bring to the dealer. Will the dealer come for home service?

換條電源線試下
或插其他插蘇試下

yes, remove the subwoofer cable and there is still humming sound.Just try another power cable and the humming sound is still there.I bought this sub almost one year I guess and don't expect this problem came so fast

try plugging in another wall outlet
