More than 150 hrs running, I re-calibrate my Panasonic TH-P54Z10H. In this calibration, i try to tune TV in order to get a 2.2 gamma value as close as possible. After trying many setting, Finally I can get gamma value to be 2.21. Moreover, in last setting, i got a high gamma value in 90% greyscale, In current setting, i can get a gamma value of 2.23 in 90% greyscale ( in last setting, i got a gamma value in 90% greyscale to be over 2.4) . My current setting is as follows
1) THX mode ( because i observe that other mode cannot adjust to get gamma 2.2 )
2) Contrast : 63 (update)
3) Brightness : -2 (update)
4) Color : 48
5) Tint : 0
6) Sharpness : 50
7) Color management : off
8) in Advance setting
white balance on High red : -20 (reduce 20 step from mid-point) - updated
white balance on High blue : +12 (increase 12 step from mid-point) - updated
white balance on low red : +2 ( increase 2 step from midpoint)
white balance on low blue : +11 ( increase 11 steps from midpoint) - updated
Moreover, in this current setting, it also has some improvement in CIE diagram)
I post some measuring chart and some MTV capture in this new calibration . In this capture, i use panasonic LX3 to take the photo, so the quality of picture of MTV are not as good as last time.
