urgent urgent - buy wire and 插

i have a onkyo 607 and klipsch rf-52, want to buy speaker wire and 插,
pls advise i should buy what type of 插 for each other?
and i also have a micropod, which type of 插 ok?

我都係 onkyo + kilpsch speaker
我用梗 supra ply 3.4 + sine 白金蕉 比 RB-51 & RC-10   +supra classic 2.6 + sine 白金蕉 比 RS-10
感覺幾好~~好多CHING 都有用 SUPRA~
