i won't choose klipsch ....becasue sounds thin and not enough punch for me .don't beat me ar{:1_260:}
if movie only ....mk or nht,both good .

but the price compare the performance , i will choose nht
u can choose the nht "flag ship" model classic 4 around $ 13000or nht st4 $9000 with a classic 3c($4000) or 2 c($3000) and Absolute Zerosfor surround ($2000).
but if u choose mk , u can only choose the entry level m7 or 750 around 4500 each .
since nht was 4 way and 3 way system now, but mk still 2 way in this price range .and i did compare the performance in central before i bought mine...i mean the sound was similar ,both punch very powerful,nht even more punchy then mk, mk high notes a little sharper than nht , and nht have thicker vocal and warmer sound , and the sound field nht was wider ,mk was focus like studio use ,they both not much colouration and need a lot power to get the real perfomance ,they both good .for me i choose nht flagship since it is flagship and i won't think of upgrade in a short time period .and i really won't think flaship 4 way speaker will lose to 750.i will suggest you to buy 150 if u have enough buget .{:1_351:}

Thanks for your advice, much appreciated! However if I choose NHT I will probably need to change my AV amp from LX51 to at least SC-71... I don't think LX51 is up to the job of driving 7 NHT speakers?

my yamaha 3800 was good enough for my whole set nht with 86db 6 ohm . i think yamaha was not very powerful as people said in the other post ,so i think pioneer will be good enough la{:1_253:}
i did think of pioneer av amp too , imagine pioneer with nht will be a great match because nht sound warm and thick and pioneer sound a little sharp and clear, i thinkit willbe great match, my 3800 was a little dark compare to onkyo or pioneer .i add full treble at 3800,but i don't want to leave yamaha sound field that why i stay ,otherwise i changed already .....{:1_339:}

Monitor Audio相比之下, 睇戲係無Nht咁好的
Punch力度無得比
聽歌就Monitor Audio好D..
