How to change power cord for Onkyo 606?

I would like to buy a power cord for my amp Onkyo 606, but I found that the original power cord is attached in the amp (i.e. no IEC plug).

So how can I change the power cord??

Also, is there any finished product for Northwire 18A with plugs for sale? Normally how much?
