Blu ray player problem

Hi every Ching,

I hv a blu ray player - Pioneer BDP LX-53
When I saw a new blu ray - Madonna concert,
then display showing a sentence
"copy protected signals cannot be outtputted to the connected equipment"
later on, all blu ray and CD cannot be played anymore!!

What can I do?

I already reset the blu ray player, but still not function.

was your BD diskette bought from mainland?

I'm not sure whether machine locked or not.
And supporting hotline replied may be hardware problem and check fee to be $250 exclude parts.
