Theres a shop that sells earphones and budget cables, ask the guy to build one 4-pole trrs to trs sould costs u around250hkd
DHC makes it also i bought one before but a lot more expensive Hifiman also sells their trrs to trs adapter that comes with RE-600 separately, u can email head direct to buy
