Pioneer BDP-51FD Slow Motion

Hi just want to ask all 51FD Ching if you have similar experience as me:

Mine 51FD is hong good and i find it works slow whenever i played some BD (I know slow is Pioneer BDP characteristic) but i just want to find out it is only my BDP issue or it happens to all of them. My experience as below:

(1) when i play T2 Skynet BD, whenever i click the remote button for any action on the main menu title. it takes more than 1 minute to response. even when the movie is playing and i click the Stop button need to take more than 1 minute to stop the disc!

(2) when i play Akira BD, when i display the bitrate for audio, the remote control begin to very slow response, at least 30sec for each button pressed.

I have updated the 1.32 fw without problem and shall i ask Pioneer to check my BDP?
