想行血好D. 做少少運動就可以. 晚餐用麥皮代替一碗飯啦. 已經好足夠.
所有保健品其實都要個肝去代謝, 食左反而對肝負擔會大左. 老人家食要小心架.

你真係唔好亂黎. 你有去日本正式魚生店就會發現. 日本人根本就唔會食三文魚刺生既.

Try to change the cooking oil..... try grape seed oil.... Olive oil is good but not for chinese style cooking...
In addition, avoid Butter or margarine.It is the killer....
You can also mix the oakmeal with low fat or no fat yogurt.... but you need to check the label.
Avoid Saturated fat (this is the bad膽固醇) coming from, Sugars and Sodium.
Apart from Oakmeal, you can try Barn.Also good fibre and for 膽固醇.... Somehow not many place got it... I buy at CityXuper... 500g less than $40.mixed with yogurt.... but 1 thing to say... not many ppl like it as it is kind no taste so if mix with yogurt... it is just the yogurt favour... and normally mean sour.... (coz I only have to take low fat yogurt)
Any smoke or alcohol drinking?This must be stopped too.
but the best to reduce 膽固醇 is execrise.....
Due to medical reason (order by doctor... {:6_201:} ) i go to gym 3 times a week and around 1 hour each time and have the barn and low fat yogurt as breakfast.... 膽固醇 cut 50% in 3 mth.... but i have to admit... really really really hard
But of coz not suitable for senior ppl... but pls ask them to go for morning walk or some execrise.... change the cooking oil... then should be ok.

作為一個被監控緊的人,我會建議你跟營養師講的野來食,唔好亂來,因為有d保健品,未必有效,反而會有其它問題,上面都有師兄講,其實會傷肝都唔奇,基本上好好控制飲食,少油少肉,已經好好多

一個月應該冇咁快見效, 同埋你外父會唔會成日CHECK住個指數既呢???

呢個我都聽講過呀, 不過一來懶, 二來我諗佢地應該唔識整呢~~~~
