Japan re-issue CD is really a faithful reproduction of previously-released vinyl, even the red side-label also reproduced this vinyl was released while Bee Gees was visiting Japan{:1_338:}BUT, personally I prefer traditional plastic package because it is easy to file and store than those hard paper package{:1_331:} 本帖最後由 ernietse 於 2014-4-15 01:46 編輯
too bad, robin gibb seemed cannot hear well of instrumental sound at that time{:1_336:}
see even poor hearing but he can still sing well{:1_352:}

Hmm...I only started to know Bee Gees when they hit the BIllboard Hot 100 Singles in the late 80s with their very bass-heavy and poppy album "E.S.P" which features the smash hit "You Win Again". They later hit the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 Singles again with "One" which also managed to raise my eyebrow as well. My memory of Bee Gees withered away after that Bee Gees song until Pet Shop Boys lately paid a tribute to one of Bee Gees' members who passed away last year (Andy Gibb or Robbin Gibb?) by recording a cover of "I Started A Joke" as a B-Side of their "Winner" CD single. psb 發表於 2014-4-15 22:30 static/image/common/back.gif

you may consider their WARNER BROTHERS recording blue box reissue already in CD store today, of course including previously unreleased tracks{:1_338:}
If you listen back to the 60's , you will really see how a successful band or solo singer adapted to change to meet the market, too bad, only 1-gee BARRY GIBB left {:1_247:} while the other 2-gee Maurice and robin have Rest-In-Peace and perhaps singing in heaven together with ANDY GIBB too {:1_352:} BEE GEES ~ 我淨係識果首.......
