Notebook for ripping CD

現在用緊一部六年前的windows XP notebook 經 dppoweramp rip CD 去 NAS.
想 upgrade 部 notebook, 請問買邊隻model, Windows or Mac 比較好？
Software方面是否繼續用 dppoweramp 或有其他更好的選擇？
請指教，謝謝！

如果只是用來Rip CD，建議先把現有的notebook由HDD更換到SSD及升級到WIN7，效果明顯。

請問有無方法將CD rip 做image (e.g. ISO) 然後再mount 個image 係電腦上當virtual CD-Rom play 歌. 謝
