故事簡介:
華特葛伯 (丹素華盛頓飾演) 是紐約市的地鐵列車調度員，是個平凡不過的普通人，每天在交通管理局指揮列車來往，掌握大局，但一宗地鐵騎劫案把他捲進一個混亂失控的局面：一輛地鐵列車遭到以萊德 (尊特拉華達飾演) 為首的四名持械匪徒劫持，威脅紐約市政府於一小時內交出巨額贖金，否則將逐一處決列車上的乘客......
