炒人既同時, 亦意味一個事實 ; 你教佢唔好, 領導唔到佢........ 作為上司, 等於失敗 ...

It depends, not really.
If the guy is not willing to cooperate, somehow u should move to the step of firing the guy. Otherwise it may also affect the working atmosphere / the working attitude of other stuff. u are also 失敗 in this case. {:6_146:}

你知啦.....到時如果要特登同 IT 講, 叫佢開返俾我, 咁即係等於話俾人知, 我成日上嚟吹水~~
不過, 唔駛擔心佢會上 76 ..... 因為佢係典型 "港女" 一件, 只會睇飲飲食食, 時裝扮靚, 八掛新聞, 玩 FACEBBOK, MSN 吹埋晒啲 是是非非, 諸如此類
