i had similar experience 7 years ago.I spent $8900 on a 15" LCD TV mon and it had broken down in the 2nd week of usage and they have no parts for repair.Waited for more than a month.The remote has no response since 2 years ago.I will never buy Samaung product any more and not recommend it to my friend no matter how poor he/she is.

相反panasonic就真係好好la.
LG OK wo, my idtv build-in received not so stable, then phone them, next day, C Fu already arrived. And next next day, change the internal parts for free wo!
