Another my late school year significant artist, TORI AMOS really has influence in the 90's music scene{:1_264:}

Originally the conservative boss of Atlantic did not buy her style of music, {:1_339:}

so funny the USA artist needs to start marketing and release the music in the UK first then export the success back to USA{:1_336:}

but the result is really surprising because of her unique style of singer-songwriter in soft piano solo with good voice{:1_326:}

and the style of her song is very different (not mainstream) in that 90's contemporary{:1_341:}

another killing weapon is her cover versions always having a different listening experience and feeling than the original singer such as SMELLS LIKE TEEN SPIRIT, ANGIE, THANK YOU (these songs originally are belonged to very big famous noisy bands)

the first album has so many hits: ME AND A GUN, CRUCIFY, SILENTS ALL THESE YEARS (FAYE WONG HAS CANTONESE & MANDARIN COVER VERSION: COLD WAR 冷戰), WINTER, and CHINA...{:1_351:}

You should look up "Y Kant Tori Read", a self-titled album by the band of the same name....fronted by Tori Amos before she went solo.The CD is highly collectible.
