故事簡介:
美國國家安全局秘密實行一個終極計劃，由局內頂尖越獄高手、技術非凡的安全系統設計專家雷保龍(史泰龍 飾)精心設計出一所極為嚴密、具備先進科技的大型監獄「墓塚」。他曾經親自挑戰世界各地多個監獄以進行精密分析及觀察，保證無人能逃脫由他設計出的任何監獄，而「墓塚」更可謂他的完美之作。可惜雷在一次行動中被奸人所陷害，竟被當局囚禁於自己所設計的「墓塚」之中。被囚於「墓塚」的必定是大犯罪家且各國政府的眼中釘，雷在獄中他認識到高深莫測的伊曼諾文(阿諾舒華辛力加 飾)，二人惺惺相惜，決定攜手合作逃離「墓塚」。雷經歷多翻折磨並絞盡腦汁，誓要找出陷害自己的人以及設法離開這個他最熟悉卻又是他花盡心思、幾乎沒有任何漏洞的最強監獄。
