I am an Amarra user.I have used the trial version of Audirvana Plus. It has better features and more useful settings than Amarra.I recently bought a DSD DAC and tried to play DSD files (both DSD64 and 128) with A+.It definitely deliver analogue and hi-fi quality sound.

As a generic audio player, however, it is still second to Amarra in terms of sound quality. May be it is just a matter of preference.Both software are excellent.

totally agree with you, i only use A+ for DSD playback ...
