Good idea to bring your LCDs to test with Burson since they are available already locally, especially the Bakoon is quite a bit more expensive if I am correct.
I brought my demo pair to try Schiit Gungnir but the damn place was too noisy, hope you will have better luck than I do, best to listen to yourself than purchase because someone else said its good, just like Michelin Food Ratings.

I didn't own an Audeze, but interested in find out how modern planar up to.
Well, I concur with you that we should, as much as possible, listen before we buy, by still there are room for user review and discussion even they are just subjective opinion.Sharing or even disagreeing is kind of fun, and part of the pleasure of the hobby, otherwise we don't really need user orientated forum such as Post76.
yes sure I am not saying don't believe them, but not take them at face value which I am sure I lot of people do.Go listen to Audeze, you might like them.
