ching, I just bought a cdp recently so I have tried a few in the last 2 months. If under 20K, I have tried Cyrus, Cambridge, Niam, Soul Note and Marantz. Cyrus you need a DAC cos it's only a transport, I was using the Marantz bluray player to listen CD sounds OK if you like soft vocal, I also owned Cyrus CDT sound ok but a bit lack of details.
I think you can try Soul Note which costs around 14-15K. If you OK to spend a bit more around 25K, perhaps Luxman D05 is also good too, I have tried it too and it sounds really OK to me at this price honestly! Hope this will help! {:1_245:}

Besides, ching you like solid state or tube amp and you want intergrated? I think spend some more times to do some research on the market, and honestly saying unless the shop has all the stuffs you want for testing, otherwise just hard to tell by each individual machine good to match with each others or the sound you like when you bring them all home! Just like when I test the cdp earlier, they sound good during tesing but not sure it would be matched the system I have at home, luckily it sounds OK now so good luck and hope you can find the thing you like! {:1_245:}
