Questions about subwoofers~

I really like Velodyne, since HGS series~ but too bad i cannot afford it back then~
but now i'm capable to get my hand on 1~ but theres no where to be test~
can any ching here pls kindly give me some advice on where to have a test for DD 15 + and how much would it be??
also i would like to know something about JL F113, since i had watched so many good comments about it lately~
if its really that good and if velodyne is so hard to my hand on~ i might change my target~
so pls pls kindly give me some advice~
