Ching, 我同你個CASE一樣呀 ...
其實個 Master Volume 係會直接影響個 SETTING O架... 如果我一開始係SET O左個 MasterVolume at "40" ... 咁樣, 我要set + 好多 dB 先可以去到 75dB (就好似你O架....)
所以我覺得好唔LOGIC ... THEN 我就 set 高個master volume 去到around 60 ... 咁樣我個先可以微調 d speakers (+/- 2dB) ....
其實我有諗過, 我睇MOVIE O既時候, 根本就唔會去到60 Volume (太大聲了) ... 所以我覺得去到75dB 個SETTING ... 應該係想D SPEAKERS 出O既聲... 係黃帝位一至D ...

For onkyo AV amp, when you set speaker level, the master volume will automatically return to 0 db---reference level.
No need to turn the master volume during calibration of each channel.

我的理解係, 電影制作時用75db為錄音參考數.
我們調avａｍｐ時，只是試圖重現制作時的声壓吧．
在家中，是好個人化和環境对声壓有影響的，有可能不用７５ｄｂ．
不過，有得調，有得玩，就已經好{:6_149:}， 不用理太多理論了
It may not true for all Onkyo AMP. I have a friend using Onkyo 605, he said that the master volume will affect the level setting of each speakers. So, I don't know if it will happen on Onkyo 60x AMP.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

It is not "可能真係會自動 去 '0' . Please note the onkyo av amp display next to the each speaker's level seting(on the most right hand side), a small "0.0db" is shown---that is the master volume.

Then, this has to be proven by some Ching that using Onkyo 705 for if the master volume has effect or not on speaker level cabilration.

所以我都唔明... 點解我同樓主一樣問題law ... 要 + dB 先到 75dB ...
其實係auto setting o既時候, 都只係跟住 606 amp 上面o既指示去做... plug the test mic into the amp ... test center / right / left points ... then finish ... nothing skills ...
我為一可以講O既係, 自己套speaker 屎.. haha!!!
我自己手動 較master volume 為 60dB ，同 auto setting 只差 1dB，其實安橋606 auto setting ，在距離同音噪都非常準，不過我同意 Audyssey Multeq 真係好唔掂，用 Audyssey Multeq 好唔自然，唔用就無晒氣氛，個eq自已又唔知搞！
