Arsenal’s £42.5m Mesut Ozil move in doubt after midfielder ‘says he wants to stay at Real Madrid’

Arsenal’s bid for Real Madrid attacker Mesut Ozil is in doubt after reports claimed the German international wants to stay in Spain.
The Gunners were yesterday thought to be close to capturing the midfielder, with sources in Spain saying they were in ‘advanced talks’ to sign him after agreeing a £42.5 million fee.
But that move could now be in jeopardy, with the playmaker reluctant to leave Madrid, despite possibly being down the pecking order following the world record £86 million signing of Tottenham’s Gareth Bale.
Even if Ozil is convinced to leave, Arsenal may face a further hurdle as Manchester United are also reportedly interested, although they are thought to prefer Everton’s Marouane Fellaini.
Arsenal fans now face an anxious wait to see if their team signs the schemer before the 11pm transfer deadline today, with the move now likely to go down to the wire.

據悉，皇馬方面已經同意了兵工廠的出價，奧斯爾也同意加盟條件，而從德國一所醫院傳出的消息指，奧斯爾已在進行兵工廠方面的體測，相信交易快將宣告落實。 在2010年以1500萬歐元從雲達不來梅加盟皇馬的奧斯爾，即將成為自加里夫巴利轉會到皇馬後，首位脫離班拿貝球場的球員。早前，有消息傳出曼聯和巴黎聖日耳門也希望邀請該名24歲德國國腳加盟，但最終脫穎而出的，看來會是雲加所帶領的兵工廠。 然而，奧斯爾亦未必只會是阿仙奴於轉會窗關閉前購得的新兵，盛傳該支倫敦球會仍在為斟介另外兩位皇馬球星賓施馬及迪馬利亞而努力。至於車路士前鋒丹巴巴亞、巴勒莫門將韋華安奴，也是球隊希望羅致的對象。
