It come with the white cover, not just plastic box. But no booklet. I think it is the plain version.

Do you mean the white cover like Scott's photo ? i.e. no photo and only "Love Letter" ?

Yes, with photo. Just see CHING's photo. It seems that there is another cover without photo.
