DAC with XLR output/Pre-amp ability

Just want to know which dac(s) can be used as a pre-amp and has XLR output (e.g. mytek/asus?) in the price range of :-

1) Below $10K
2) $10-20K
3) over $20K (not so important, as out of my budget)

Oic,thx . Will most likely not add clock la. Comment is good for this dac, wishi could get a 2nd hand unit with good price.{:6_174:}

Classe CP-800, beyond 20k but it's pure analogue pre-amp performance is brilliant while it has 192kHz DAC at the same time.
