yes you can but after you download the upgrade package, you can burn that on the dvd or blue ray as well....
but pesonally, I also thinking to get the dvd from the shop you can see them in Wanchai or SSP or Mongkok PC shopping center.
However, there is some news about the window 8 usage is low and may have new version.... you can refer the news below.
