RIP Patti Page

As a young boy growing up in Hong Kong in the early 1970s, I remember the song "Tennessee Waltz" was played non-stop by my mother.The song must have been one of her favorites.My mother now has dementia (痴呆症), but I'm going to play the song for her tonight.She may, or may not, remember the song, but I will remember those happier, care free days in the early 1970s.

RIP Ms. Page - you deserved the Lifetime Achievement Award the Grammy Awards was planning to give to you next month
