sound & pic out sync

watch The King's Speach on blu-ray last night, found sound & picture do not perfectly match (slight but obvious out sync). I've only watched 2 bul-rays so far, the other one is Prometheus, I didn't quite notice the out sync then

I'm using Pioneer BDP-450 hdmi --> LX 75 hdmi --> projector btw
also every time after pop in a blu-ray, it takes long long time to connect, disconnect, reconnect, pqls on/off until finally picture can be displayed
