For UK amazon usually faster than USA amazon for shipping and also depends on the day despatch if the same day meet their flight it may 3-4 days can received but normally around 6-7 days for UK amazon and for USA amazon at least 14 days or more.
For shipping charge UK less than USA

Ordered 3 BD (3 shipments) last Monday from Amazon UK and received 2 BD today, total 8 days.{:8_394:}
