First thing, power down, disconnect the power then disconnected all cables.Try to power up and see if the light flashing.

The flashing is indicating the protection is kicked in.There is many reason to activate the protection.I did have similar problem with my old Onkyo.All discounted all cables, try the power up then reconnected those cables.My Amp back on life for several yrs until I upgrade it to latest model.
