This is a big problem to me...I got about 130GB wav....but I think ...
What do you mean about improving quality? the quality of ripping or play back?
WAV is old format. lossless, but don't support tagging itself. better use flac or alac instead.
for ripping. you can use foobar or EAC (Exact Audio Copy) for ripping.
ALAC M4A file is a balance of file size and quality.

Currently using WAV~but I think the file size a bit large , I am using Itune + bit perfect ( entry level) , so now I am thinking Apple Lossless format which have smaller size and able to tag album photo ~
Any comment?

As i mentioned in my post. Apple Lossless is a good choice for balancing file size and quality.
you can try to rip the same file in apple lossless format. and listening to it using the same setting to compare the output quality first. should not be easy to identity the differences.
also, it support tagging with embedded album cover. a lot more friendly than WAV file.

蟹哥. 我之前都係咁樣. 打到手都軟. 而家轉左 freedb proxy 好多歌都 okay.
只係一D非賣品會搵唔到曲目名. 有時會冇 cover art. 不過 google 搵左加番都易.
