No you must get it from doctor directly. Anyway, I suggest you do some searchings on internet as some person may suffer from some serious side-effects such as emotional depression. But for me, it just works like magic with some minor side-effects such as loss of appetite (temporary), cannot sleep well with strange dreams (last for 1 or 2 days) and some minor dizziness.
My brother who is a police and smoked for over 15 years also quited smoking with 2 weeks medication. If you want some assistance instead reliance on your own will solely, I think it worths trying.{:1_254:}
