If you see the MV is 4:3, it should be made by a Digital Betacam. The Source from Digital Betacam should be 720x576i/720x480i, it can't be compared to a HD source like 1920x1080. Even a professional converter in studio can't made them look alike. Concerts ofAyumi Hamasaki DVD are made from HD source, the down-scaling to a 720x408i DVD is much easier job.
All the film source like Star War, even the drama of RTHK can be recover as a HD copy. It is called digitized.
So you can find a great pic quality DVD of some old film.

最近少時個新 mv dancing queen.... 傳聞係 2008 年拍落的... 咁當時真係有 HD 拍 wor... 如果係真... 做呢隻 bluray 又唔放呢 d quality 出黎呢?

disc 2頭三首早期mv唔係高清拍
到gee開始先係 (gee同dacing queen同期)
係奇怪韓版gee只收錄低清版{:1_331:}
