亞紀和男友小島約會完後，正走在回家路上的時候，被人從後面狠狠地敲了一下失去了知覺；醒來的時侯發現正處身在一陰暗的地下室裡，遭綁架的亞紀雙手雙腳都被綑綁，嘴巴被塞入東西無法說話；另外一頭，男友小島也以同樣的方式被捆綁著。無數的工具被一字排開，有手術刀、電鋸、榔頭和其它各式各樣的恐怖切割刑具 .......
