when i bought OS3 in HK, salesmen told me mirage speakers will likely to discontinue because the company was bankrupt, and products selling in HK are under guarantee by Tom Lee only ... anyway, products imported directly will not have guarantee ... despite speakers are not expected to have any defects...

No worries CHing, klipsch is owned by a us list company, as long as the speakers are from authorized dealer would be ok
