現情況用家主道.唔知何時能返08年尾家鄉.可望不遠了 都冇諗過... 係回返返風暴之前個個價... 仲諗住跌左一論先買.. 我就08年7月左右入市既, 都算高位, 依家應該都跌左 15-20%, 我都唔敢諗會上得返!!!當然希望可以上到啦~~ 不過個 pk美國仲係咁衰!!!! (Sorry to the property owner first, no offence)

在我黎講自住既,都無咩所謂升降既,唔負資產就得啦 依家香港個樓市唔跌都好大原因係有外資來香港買樓, 撐住左個市, 前景大家都係向好多!!! 我08頭入，無咩大變動！算好好彩果隻，都係果句，自住的，最緊要唔好變負資產，升唔升都無所謂，升左當Bonus，不過d bonus 入唔到袋，係心理上開心d而己！ I think so too, 自住既.. 唔便成負資產就好好.. 當然升既係更好~~有邊個唔想
