Me 2! C Hing you can just send them an e-mail & tell them about your incomplete order & give them the details as printed on your receipt.
2 replies had been received from the record company yesterday & today, they said they've looked into the matter & the other one had been posted today.Hope it can help U!{:8_386:}

Or maybe just after they completed all the orders & found some stocks left. That means they make mistake & no counter check for the orders & post them! But fortunately, they react quite fast after I've sent them e-mail! Hopefully I can received the other one in the next few weeks! {:1_336:}

At least you've received one. I received nothing! I am going to email them if I still don't have it by Monday.
點都會印多過5000隻既, 留d存貨可能有壞貨要換碟之類既case
不過本forum已經咁多寄小寄失個案, 其他地方可能仲多
佢地唔覺寄出之後仲有好多存貨架咩....
