About region B Disc.

I am using 行貨 PS3 to watch bluray.
I want to buy a Region B Bluray ( Manchester United Champions League Final 2008 -Blu-Ray)

I have just checked that some user in Blu-ray.com saying that it is a Code B Blu-ray Disc.

So, I want to ask, could i play this disc in my PS3?

So, would u mind tellling me what is the way to play Region B disc in HK? let say, any model of blu-ray player is ok? or how could i check that?
How about the Sony S190 blu-ray player ? ( i have checked the sony HK webpage, but cant find the answer of whether it can play region B disc)
