比錢係買佢3年既整機服務, 重要勞氣受氣tim {:6_124:}
如果再買電視,只考慮日本機{:8_403:}
外判服務係咁上下, 三星機又出得快 , 維修差不多都唔KEEP零件咁濟 , 要壞就最好一年內.....多過一年多數報貴價零件費+特長等待期比你, 博用家唔整 . 其實投訴三星都唔係今時今日既事, 早幾年已經好出名 .
其實我覺得3叔d led tv一般都contrast過高,d暗位detail無曬,錯覺上sharp d...但講真,價錢是平既{:6_183:}

幾年前都講過3*d售後服務唔得,你比錢佢整都好似蟻契弟咁款。
佢d貨一年唔壞唔洗整真係要還神。
無奈d金國產物識包裝,日本仔野又一竭不震。要樣要型既就中晒蕉

I have same experience as yours. So, I will never never buy Samsung products no more!
(Personally I think Samsung's products are not good as well, plus poor service, so no need to consider Samsung)
You can complain to Korean HQ!
