Actually I've just got my 9500 repaired, $180 inspection, checking and quotation fee. If you agree to repair after quotation, then this $180 can be part of your repairing fees.

So, take it to repair and see next step la.

都吾知幾錢不過部野係一到十幾二十分鐘自己出碟 吾會係硬件掛 其他就無野幾好 開頭第一次睇到半個鐘 吾知係咪開太熱 幾分鐘又會出碟
今日試又係一樣 捱吾到廿分鐘就早洩 等星期二搵人上去幫我拎上去報下價先 thanks ching

On the flip side, my problem was the disk tray doesn't want to come out, and the display didn't turn on sometimes. The disk tray problem was caused by the belt, which I guess its pretty cheap, the display problem was caused by the PSU, which is much more expensive. Total cost is $700. Turn around time, about a week.
