Onkyo Firmware Problem

I am very disappointed Onkyo product.{:6_199:}
I tried to updated the latest firmware for my 3009. After all completed, cannot turn on the power at all.
Called customer services, they asked me to bring back the amp to their repair center.....{:6_207:}
any Ching has the same problem? {:6_187:}

Have you found the "Complete" on the display after firmware update?

What method used for update? USB or Network? {:6_141:}

呢個問題早2星期已有好多人提過.
usb update 不停出error code,最後用lan update 可解決.

    我部809早幾日都update左,是用lan線沒問題.
