haha....i use Chinese tube amp to push ELAC BS244 no problem. after running in for 300 hours, my KT88 is now bringing out fine and smooth details from the treble, whereas before proper running in, the treble was a bit harsh and the whole stage is dominated by disturbing bass, now i get balance between treble and bass, very enjoyable listening experience indeed.
