DIY Belden 8412

I would like to know what is the correct or better way to DIY this RCA Belden 8412

Here is what I used...
RCA cable: Belden 8412
RCA connector: Neutrik Profi
Solder: WBT silver solder

Do I solder both the outer shield with black wire together on to the negative of the RCA connector?
Do I solder with the shield on both side?
Or is it better to use without the outer shield?
