Maner hing,
我睇完你張保用証, 根據英文version Warranty conditions no. 1("......any parts or pars of the said unit(speaker cabinet, metal jacket of amplifier/CD player/tuner are excluded)......), 公司得確唔包功放的外殼保養. 但係師父話係火牛(英文我覺得叫transformer,而唔係amplifier(功放)),咁應該要包.
依家最重要係佢證唔證明到係因錯誤操作或疏忽使用引致損壞(has been damaged throught misuse).如果佢證明唔到,咁一於嘈到佢去總公司啦{:6_124:}

Read carefully, the warranty card mentioned "metal jacket of amplifier", which is not the amplifier itself but the closure of it.So the transformer should be included in the warranty.

According to the case described, you may first send an enquiry email to Sunfire first.
