Pollini is famous for playing Beethoven music.Chopin?I don't think so.He does have some recordings by Chopin though.You can try this as well:
Image above is a reissue edition. You can find the West Germany edition (similar image) if you're lucky enough.

Image above is complete Beethoven piano sonatas (10CDs) and piano concertos (3CDs) by Paul Lewis.You should be able to find more information on youtube and google.You will not regret buying them for both performance and recording!
