NAIM Unitiserve as CDP

I am now using NAIM Amp with its DAC.I want to buy either CD5XS (playing CD and digital output to DAC) or Unitiserve (also playing CD and digital output to DAC).
Which one is better when I use them to play CD (disregard the rip CD function in Unitiserve)?
And what is the class of the CD player inside Unitiserve? CD5i or CD5XS or above?
Besides, what is the price of them?
