your ordered goods have left our warehouse this morning. The forwarding compnay that we contracted guaranteed delivery by airfreight to Hong Kong in 4 days. Attached to the eMail you will find the waybill for your goods that was signed by the pick up service of the forwarding company as proof that the goods are being transported. Should the shipping take longer than expected please let us know so that we can contact the forwarding company.

today the pallet of goods was picked up from international forwarder.

Please find under separate email all infos about the delivery papers.

I would be pleased, when you could now close the appeal at Paypal.
