fan noise is loud, as expected. I think the cause is from the small fan inside the power supply unit.

but a good fanless PC cow costs like $1000....haha, 1 'wide' 3 'big' now!!

    Some cow in Shen Zhen (or Taobao) just $100-150RMB, called Pico ITX PSU. You can find. Those use a large size notebook power supply to provide 12V and using a small PCB to dispatch to different voltages for the motherboard and peripherals.
