ONKYO 876 Upgrade Question

Can anyone C-Hing tell me what PC cable is required for upgrading 876 main firmware and where I can buy it and how much ?

cable : usb ---> rs232 ( 有隻 mini cd driver )

I have tried to use com1 and com2 (and com3 and com4 are in used by other applications) and they are the same as no response...... Please help{:1_347:} {:1_347:}{:1_347:}

After re-install the RS232 cable driver on windows and then run the update.exe The av amp shown 'Search F/W' ....... but it had no response.....
