Before 1995, Taurus usually threw at least 1 or 2 new songs on most compilations. Sometimes songs from a new single, sometimes songs previously released on cassettes and never appeared on CD, sometimes simply newly recorded covers of other singers' hits. Compilations with absolutely no new material were a minority.
That said, they're still money-milkers... Good thing is this shows Teresa's music sold well in Japan and was in good demand despite being a foreigner there.
